Facility Standard hire - price list

Standard Use facility hire charges apply for Private, Professional and Business use of our premises.
These charges apply for events between April 2024 and March 2025.
Please note that:
- hire periods must include your setting up and clearing down time.
- payment must be received prior to your event,
- if you cancel, charges will apply.

The price for your hire is calculated as:
Per hire charge + First hour charge (=normal hour charge if not specified) + remaining hours at normal hour charge.
for each item.
If you hire multiple rooms we will deduct 5% off the total room hire cost.
Trinity Henleaze Church
Up to 300 people (standing) - full church specification.
Church charges
- Full use of Church and Church toilets - £44.25 per hour.
- For organ or piano practice - £31.00 per hour
- Hire of the organ - £31.00 for first hour, £5.25 per hour thereafter
- Hire of the grand piano as found - £16.00 per hour
- Hire of the grand piano fully tuned for the event - £86.50 per hire
Bradbury Hall
Up to 400 people (standing) - full Bradbury Hall specification
Bradbury Hall charges
- Bradbury Hall and single disabled toilet - £38.00 per hour
- Use of main toilets - £5.25 per hour
- Occasional use of the BH kitchen - £7.00 per hour
- Full use of the BH kitchen - £22.25 per hour
- Hire of the BH sound system - £10.25 per hour
- Hire of the BH stage light system - £10.25 per hour
- Hire of the BH data projector and screen - £18.50 per hour
- Hire of the BH piano as found - £12.50 per hour
- Charge for dismantling OR building the stage - £75.25 per hour
Bradbury Meeting Room
Up to 36 people (standing) - full Bradbury meeting room specification

- Meeting room and single disabled toilet - £23.00 per hour
- Meeting room plasma screen - £9.00 per hour
Bradbury Coffee Bar
Up to 50 people (standing) - full coffee bar specification
